    I’ve lived an unconventional life, and now I help those who want to live with more meaning, strengthen their mind and body, and uncover the power within themselves to break through limiting beliefs and outdated programming that’s been holding them back.

    I bring to coaching a unique background that resonates with people who have spent years on conventional paths without real change. My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern modalities to build mental strength, create clarity for the future, and regain control over life.

  • In 2007, two weeks after Highschool, shipped out to the Navy.

    Spent six years serving as a SEAL with ST-3.

    Awarded Junior SEAL of the year for ST-3

  • Spent 8 years as a firefighter with Santa Barbara City FD.

    Assigned to the laddertruck, heavy rescue, and water rescue team.

    Helped hire and train new firefighters.

Now, I help people learn how to gain control of their mind, their attention, their relationships, their capabilities, their outcomes, and ultimately, their future.

It may sound hocus-pocus. But it’s not.

It’s what separates the few from the many; the resilient from the fearful; the thrivers from the survivors.
